Hollywood’s Highest Paid Couple: Emma Watson and Rupert Grint
Well, we knew it wasn’t Heidi and Spencer. If there’s one thing Forbes loves to do, it’s let the world know exactly how much each celebrity makes and then rank them in a list. And god bless ‘em, they’ve done it again. Emma Watson and Rupert Grint play Hermione Granger and Ron Weasly in the Harry Potter franchise. Forbes has put together a list of Hollywood’s Top Earning On-Screen Couples, and those two top the list, raking in a whopping $4.2 billion between them at the global box office. Keep in mind, that’s four movies in the last five years, so they’ve had some time to bank. Rupert Grint to star in biopic "The Drummer", Tom Felton to star in "Attachment"
The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Rupert Grint's next project will be the biopic "The Drummer", in which he will portray Stan Shapiro, "the wide-eyed William Morris mailroom intern who became a close friend and confidante" to titular character Dennis Wilson of the Beach Boys (portrayed by Aaron Eckhart). Rupert will costar alongside Chloe Moretz (Hugo) and Vera Farmiga (Up In the Air). The film will begin shooting June 15th on location in California and Savannah, Georgia. This will be Rupert's first film shot in the United States, and first American role. Director Randall Miller had this to say on casting Rupert for the role, according to Hollywood.com: "Rupert's character is the window into Dennis' world. He is the everyman who witnesses the train wreck. Rupert is going to nail it." UPDATE: Rupert's reps have confirmed to SnitchSeeker that he is indeed set to star in the movie, and that it was announced today as he had "literally just been signed" to the project. Rupert's former Harry Potter costar Tom Felton is rather busy himself, where he has been announced to costar with Sharon Stone in the thriller "Attachment", as confirmed by ComingSoon.net, where: The film, written by Christopher Denham, stars Stone as a married woman and teacher who shares a night of infidelity with one of her students. Afterward, the student begins to stalk her and her family as he dates her own teenage daughter. The film is planned to shoot in the next couple of months. No word yet on how this will work with Tom's current schedule, where he will shoot Therese Raquin at the end of March, and possibly star in Fangs of War this June. We will have much more on these projects as they are announced. snitchseeker.com YAY ! Our wizards are doing great.. Tom Felton as the stalker student ? Whew !!

Cheetah Chrome Is Looking Forward To Meeting Rupert Grint!
–With 10 days left before filming starts on June 25th, the news came out today that Cheetah Chrome, who Rupert Grint will be portraying in the CBGB movie, will be making a cameo appearance in the film. Savannah Now has an article out with a quote from the movie’s director Randall Miller saying: “Cheetah is looking forward to meeting his seven-year-old son’s big screen idol.” Who could blame him for idolizing Rupert? I know none of us object! In the same article you can read about a few local college students in Savannah who will be in the movie which includes the drummer for The Dead Boys here.
In other casting news Donal Logue (possibly best known for his role on TV show Grounded For Life) will play Merv Ferguson, the right-hand man for Hilly Kristal. Also The Dead Boys front man Stiv Bators has been cast with actor Justin Bartha best known for his roles in The Hangover movies and the National Treasure movies.
UPDATE: A new interview with Randall Miller has popped up where it talks about the process of CBGB coming together and also just touches a bit on The Drummer. Since it doesn’t specifically mention to much of Rupert we are just updating this news post with it for those who are interested. There is a tid bit that suggest The Dead Boys will be a large part of this particular story of CBGB and Hilly’s legacy. You can read all about it here. The Drummer is currently looking for a fall shoot at the moment.

Enemy of Man to Start Filming in January
The Hollywood Reporter has today confirmed that production on Rupert's next film project, a reworking of Shakespere's tradgedy Macbeth, will begin in January.
In Enemy of Man, Rupert is rumoured to be taking the role of Rosse.
When asked about the part last year, Rupert commented:
"It's a period, kind of epic, version with horses and Scotland. I think it’ll be really cool. I get to ride a horse, and it’s going to be quite gory. A gory film...I’m looking forward to that."
If true to the story, Macbeth's cousin, Ross, is a Scottish noble who eventually turns on Macbeth, choosing to side with Malcolm and the English forces. Sean Bean will play the titular role of Macbeth, with Harry Potter alum Dave Legeno (Fenrir Greyback) also cast as Angus.

Rupert Grint has forgotten Ron Weasley Interview ------------------------------------------------------------------- Rupert Grint To Make Stage Debut In 'Mojo' Later This Year LONDON — Rupert Grint is following his "Harry Potter" co-star Daniel Radcliffe onto the stage. Producers announced Friday that Grint, who was ginger-haired wizard Ron Weasley in the Potter films, will play a pill-popping gangster in a West End revival of Jez Butterworth's "Mojo" later this year. Ben Whishaw, Daniel Mays and "Downton Abbey" star Brendan Coyle are also in the cast of Butterworth's savagely funny drama about London's 1950s' underworld. It will be directed by Ian Rickson, who also led the play's original 1995 production at the Royal Court Theatre. Butterworth went on to write Tony-winner "Jerusalem." "Mojo" begins previews at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London in October. Radcliffe has taken stage roles in London and New York and is currently starring in "The Cripple of Inishmaan" in London.
