I have forgotten to up-date this thread.. Here is something new:
‘Harry Potter’ wins at 'Movie of the Year' at Hollywood Film Awards
Harry Potter took the top honor at 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala Presented by Starz held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday night. The entertainment mecca came together to honor those films and stars that have the fans delighted. Taking the top billing was "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2" who was handed the Hollywood Movie of the Year Award.
With the final installment of the film series seen on theaters months ago, the tributes and recognition given to the boy wizard by fans hasn’t slowed down. Picking up award after award, Harry Potter and the crew seem to still be alive, even though the story has come to an end.
Picking up the award on behalf of the crew was Tom Felton who played one of the villains in the movie. Thanking the fans, the organization and everyone involved in the film, once again the star reminded everyone just how humble they were for the opportunity to be part of a major movie franchise

Radcliffe: 'Potter' deserved Oscar recognition
Feb. 7, 2012 WENN
Daniel Radcliffe is upset the Harry Potter franchise has been largely overlooked by the Academy Awards, blaming Hollywood "snobbery" for the snub.
The final installment of the hit series, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2," is in the running for art direction, make-up and visual effects prizes at the upcoming 2012 ceremony.
But Radcliffe, who played the boy wizard in eight films, admits it's "disheartening" to miss out on a chance at Oscars gold in the major categories.
He tells Britain's Radio Times, "It's kind of disheartening. I never thought I'd care. But it would've been nice to have some recognition, just for the hours put in. I don't think the Oscars like commercial films, or kids' films, unless they're directed by Martin Scorsese. I was watching 'Hugo' the other day and was going, 'Why is this nominated and we're not?' I was slightly miffed. There's a certain amount of snobbery."
But the actor concedes, "How much of a pat on the back do we really need? We get paid stupid amounts of money."

(Exactly.. Why is Hugo nominated and Deathly Hallows is not ? I could even ask "why is Hugo nominated ?"
