"Feeling better and better. Rehearsals yesterday for #rockofagesmovie were amazing. Today, buried in script work, and hair/make up/wardrobe. Can't make fun of the period, because the period kinda makes fun of itself! Keeping it as "real" as a musical comedy can be... "
@mmraw, @juliannehough and myself after rehearsal on Lincoln Road:

Cruise Rocks up to script reading in movie costume
Tom Cruise thrilled his Rock Of Ages castmates when he showed up for a script reading in full character.
The movie star donned rocker gear to give co-stars like Mary J. Blige a taste of what Stacee Jaxx, his outrageous character in the movie musical, would look like.
She tells Access Hollywood, "I love him for that. We should have all done that."
And the R&B star admits she has become a big fan of the Mission: Impossible star: "He's just one of the most amazing people I've met in my life. (And) Tom Cruise can really, really sing."
