Bar Refaeli said "If we marry, Rafa will take my name and he will be called Rafael Refaeli.." It looks like she is willing..LOL ! For the record, he has arrived at Dominican Republic where he will attend the ceremony to get the keys of his new home there.. He will be staying at Julio Iglesias' home until Sunday , then he will travel to INDIAN WELLS to start part of the North American Hard Court season..Then we have French Open, Wimbledon and the Olympics. Rafael Nadal earns his spot in Madame Tussauds
The Rafael Nadal wax figure was unveiled in London on Wednesday by Madame Tussauds.  The King of clay Rafael Nadal became the latest Sports personality to be recognized with a wax replica by Madame Tussauds. The hugely popular museum enthralled Nadal fans on Wednesday by unveiling the life-size statue of the Spaniard at Regents Park in London. It took a team of a team of 20 stylists, sculptors, and artists to complete the vivid figure of Nadal in four months. The wax figure of Nadal shows the Spaniard preparing to execute a backhand slice. Next week, Rafael Nadal will be looking forward to claim a record-breaking seventh Roland Garros title. Last year, Nadal beat Roger Federer in the French Open final and tied with Bjorn Borg in terms of winning titles. The Spaniard has won three titles so far this season on clay with Monte-Carlo, Barcelona and Rome. In Rome, Nadal beat Novak Djokovic in the final. The wax figure of Nadal is a great job by the artists.The likeness is amazing..

Rafael Nadal: Shirtless Sardinia Vacation!
Rafael Nadal soaks up the sun on a yacht while showing off his rockin shirtless physique on Monday (July 9) in Sardinia, Italy. The 26-year-old tennis star was joined by some pals as they headed into the ocean to do some jet skiing! Rafael recently had to pull out of a tennis match against Novak Djokovic because of a bout of knee tendonitis. I want to apologise to allbut unfortunately we wont be able to play for the moment that match in Madrid, Rafael said in a statement to Yahoo. I was with my doctors on Monday and started already my treatment with the goal to be ready for the London Olympic Games and represent Spain once again. Lamento mucho no estar preparado aun y espero volver en 2014 a ese torneo, que siempre me ha tratado muy bien. Sigo con mi recuperación y entrenamientos. Gracias! This must be VERY serious indeed... he's just announced that he won't play the US Open.  I know it's for the best, but it sure is worrying. In the meantime: WISHING RAFA ALL THE VERY BEST FOR A GOOD RECOVERY! |
